The PoA partners offer 8 (max.) youth professionals a 5 day training course in which we will focus on the integration of artistic tools in youth work. During the training we will make you familiar with various activities in the fields of storytelling, photography, dance, music and spoken word and how to integrate these in your work with young people for their benefit. The workshops will be practical and hands-on. The training also serves the exchange of work experiences and best practices.
More information about the PoA project and this training can be found here. In this document you will find links to the application forms: one for Dutch applicants and one for applicants from the UK. We have set a new deadline for applying: 15 August 2019.
Starts daily at 10AM, ends daily at 5.30PM (see program)

Do you want to know how you can use creativity to develop the soft skills and competences of young adults? Do you want to experience the power of creativity?
Join the POWER of ART expert meeting on 13 December 2018 in Amsterdam!
The power of Art is a collaborative project between youth and creative organisations in Amsterdam and Liverpool and is supported by Erasmus +. The aim of the project is to develop a new and sustainable method for soft skills learning using creative tools, which will offer young people new impulses and opportunities (e.g. on the labor market). The creative tools used in this project are photography (Shokkin' Group NL) and storytelling (DW-RS productions) in the Netherlands and dance (Brouhaha International) and music (Sunshine International Arts) in Great Britain.
